In addition I feel like the earlier point about guilting egotisi doesn’t really hold water, plus could have decided to fire off a fake guilty on a less active but also less suspected partner to turn himself into a deepwolf option
It consolidates the towniness onto a slot that can from that point on operate with freedom because misplays can be swept away with an argument of “well I’m conftown so trust me”
it also kills the wagon analysis prospects on egotisi since the D2 wagon there was solely because of the guilty, so you can’t derive any real data from it

@MOD can scum pick roles freely within their power limit or do they have to pick their limit’s worth?

I did mix up the setup but maybe I mixed it up in a way that was accidentally correct?

The way I read the set up, scum may choose to sacrifice some of their points, as long as there was a valid set up that did not go over the point limit presented to them, I did not need to assign roles.

We know the following:

Town has a random number of points, 5-9 I believe

Mafia have 3 less points than the town have, their announced powers constitute 5 points, so we know town has 8 points

Regardless of what mafia chose to do, town still has 8 points, they don't lose points or anything, that's already been decided.

4 points of power roles have been flipped with 2 witch hunters

plusjoyed is claiming 2 points worth
isis is claiming 2 points worth
I am claiming 1 point worth

That's 9 points, which is too many

Also yeah Isis needs to be the elim today because cobra kai clearly softed something that looks like a guilty there, and we're not about to somehow move off of this, I just wanted to talk, for some reason day 2 ended before I even had a chance to post.

also commuter is only one point. So if dunn is telling the truth (I think he is given exorcists soft) then there must be either another commuter or a rolestopper.
I think if we have another commuter it might be worth claiming but a rolestopper should stay quiet.

One other possibility I thought of is that dunn went invisible n1 and exorcists copped him, getting no result, so it's possible that he would be mafia and gotten rolestopped instead. The problem with that that though is that wiki says witch hunter doesn't lose abilites when roleblocked or targeting a commuter. So, if he did get a no result on dunn, he'd have no reason to vig since he would have still had his cop. And 3 people died.

With 9 points, Plus (2), Isis (2), Dunn (1), dead WHs (4) could be the setup? But before that clarification it wouldn't be possible because (I thought) there should only be 8 points.

But the mod clarified that 9 town points and 5 scum points is possible.

I do not believe that that is what the mod said. It's an 8 point setup because town roles are decided first and scum roles get picked after

it is possible. If they knew of just WH and commuter (and maybe rolestopper), and that they had 5 points to use, that definitely explains the strongman. They'd have to realize there would be mulitple WH's and/or commuters. If they had 6 I'd be very surprised they wouldn't go for a godfather.

I guess. I just think that a rolestopper is hiding to prevent a roleblock on plusjoyed. Rolestopper hiding doesn't really matter unless Isis is town, and I'm not going to believe Isis is town if we go through the motions with that and nobody claims
