at this point, i have reasons to think everybody is town, and i have no idea which one i'm wrong about. think BM probably had the right idea in 206 (in terms of general approach, not necessarily the specific plan), though it would have been better to wait for reads from ben before revealing it. but then i doubt Ben even read that post, so maybe it doesn't matter.
