The only thing that bothers me is that Scum!Bork explicitly wants to be in elo. At the time,
MWB would be the obvious survivor. So it's not out of the realm of possibility that it was merely an extension and protection to reach that point with MWB for the win rather than something more broken.

In relation to tunnel's multiple skipped meetings after assurances, I find it NAI.
If scum him he would definitely want to reassure you. By being present and I don't think it would be particularly hard for them to skate by on a legitimate answer.
It's not town pointing simply because I can't tell the different between tired Scum and tired town. He could just as often be scum (if we were only looking at these recent posts) not playing while tired because he's afraid of making a mistake.
If you take into account previous play he's town and remains town.
So ultimately I'm 100% NAI on this.
