btw I have no idea about the flavor of the movie, I haven't seen it yet and won't until it's on one of the streaming platforms free, is it likely that scum would get any sort of buff from being turnstiled? would that match flavor or should we ignore the possibilities of flavor effect on mech?

Mine is an early impression based on making the same assumptions/misunderstanding? as we did. It felt natural with the flow of the game at the time and not like an attempt at a dumbtell.
