No that was never actually part of the case, that was more just an observation that tickled me.

Scorpia's argument was thus:

Read zmuff's ISO and look at his approach to Shelly. He soft-defends Shelly, slowly comes around to scum being between A50 and Shelly but really tries hard not to commit to the read too much, then reacts to the roleclaim in post 2507 in a very weird way. Completely believes it it sounds like, and acting sad about the PR loss and like the elim is inevitable (to be fair it really was). In post 2527 argues the claim has no purpose as scum, because no survival value, but ends the post speculating on it being scum anyway.

After changing to a townread, counter to what seems like the majority opinion, Muff undercuts his townread of Shelly at every mention, never getting too close to derailing the wagon.

I would say personally I haven't really been in a hurry to move off him since he's made like a big point of calling the case garbage, which Deacon in the other thread thought felt kinda scummy

Mostly starting with this reaction, a point he's since reiterated:

Personally I still think he's pretty likely town and am pretty curious about Brian's case on Titus which we might have to wait a bit on, but I'm definitely not impressed by his jokes about self-hammers and insistence he wants out of the game. I'm much more concerned by his reaction to Scorpia's case and recent play than the play around Shelly's slot that pinged Scorpia, even if I still kinda lean town overall.

@Petapan: Er, besides Spiffeh did anyone think A50 if scum would be okay with being turnstiled if he was the last scum on this side? Because I didn't and I'm not entirely sure what you're getting at.

I lean town on him too though. I do want to look at Gyphx and Titus again. Both are tone based. I feel like we're just limming down the activity list instead of finding scum this dp.

i think it's actually moronic to think i'm scum in this game if anyone actually sat down and thought about it but i have issues differentiating regular moronic thoughts (like whichever half of hench wrote that case) and scum just capitalising on moronic thoughts

people seem to be so sure that gypyx is town here, which i guess requires him being a moron who thinks hench's case was actually good enough that whatever thoughts he had about anyone else were inferior to it

yeah I wasn't optimistic on A50 solving the game at all I was more getting bored of waiting for him to start playing or doing anything readable
