and honestly i'm not sure that this dialogue even happens if you're scum so

It's awkward to me that you're looking for token disagreement, but that a requirement seems to be (not that you have actually said this) that they wind up voting Elements anyway. A sort of reluctant vote a half-assed opposition.

On the last part you're correct.

Is there anything that you were particularly looking forward to from me, or just kind of hoping I'd reread and agree with the Bork vote? Not that the latter is a bad thing despite the tone

Fair enough. Well, time to go alternate vote hunting. Maybe it's a tiger, maybe it's a bear, doubt it's a cobra or a druid.

ok upon skimming bork!day1 i think his interactions with syr are maybe anti-partner-y but idk what you see in bork/uwnd that makes you think they can't be partners

His not understanding my points was always pretty okay to me, I didn't think it was a big deal alignment wise.

The things I didn't like about him back then were his early post on ffery, instinctively thinking he just wanted to defeat my point over sort me, and his dropping pushing me when he thought he was getting results.

First/second were tonal, third looks more stylistic. Strawman casting was also garbage but I saw him do the same to someone else once (maybe petapan?) and, at the risk of being offensive, he might really just be that obtuse.

The most recent spat was worse imo but this is a dude who has clearly been on tilt from me all game long, and I don't really know what to think about it.

More specifically, in the most recent spat what I did not like was that he acknowledges what I did not like about his Day 2/was concerned about when asking him questions in 3109. His answers basically affirmed that he was doing what I was concerned about regardless if he was town or scum. Given 3109 it makes 3115 look like he's refusing to connect the dots for the sake of it. I get that it's better to explicitly connect the dots but this really does not take much imagination. The final snapping breakdown of 3129 is ??? given that I...both explained and definitely have not been reticent to explain and restate repeatedly, to the point of him finding me looping back frustrating in itself.

At this point I'm more looking to read outside of those. If there's something in my tonal reads early, great, but those aren't the most dependable indicators.

So where's everyone else at right now?

I know we got bork up to E-1 at some point but I feel like this game is currently being played by like, 3-5 players. This bit us yesterday and will do so again.

The more I see from Bork as a player, the less convinced I am these are AI, and that he is instead much more reserved by nature.
ok so i think the simplest way to get an answer to this is:
@ffery would you agree with this assessment?
By memory, I don't agree, but this is not the kind of stuff I've looked at in developing reads on him.
I'm going to skim a few of our prior games and see if it holds water.

Prism, where does the bolded thinking come from? His play in this game? In illicit?

I still think bork is scum. If he is, I'm kinda at a loss as to who makes sense as a partner with both him and syr/unwind.

Yes, as a gut feeling, but there is a specific example I can cite: his very early interactions with Syr. If bork is scum, those interactions with Syr were rock solid from bork's side but complete ass from Syr's side, who noticeably really halfassed answering bork.

I guess that still doesn't quite answer why he's not just town for the posts and why they're not outside of his range, but the answer to that is yes, it's just my estimation of bork from this game that he could give those. I never read a post of his in illicit iirc.
