Pogo, you worry about the main stuff is understandable, but there's a progression that I can say doesn't make sense
1. Allison was pushing me and already knew my main, if we were partners they wouldn't push me like this
2. *after* we knew eachother mains we town read eachother, as you say, but this doesn't make sense from the perspective one of us is scum. Wouldn't the scum want to continue to push the other, not town read?

I have a couple of theories, my fav of which is: If Allison is scum, she would know she's looking for x main, so she claims to be x under the rouse of "tricking scum" but really she just wants her partner to out. So you out and she slips to confirm she is your buddy. You both then band together to run over the town.

Access to the mafia PT is instantly granted upon correctly identifying each other. Transitioning the game to have a night is a conscious choice scum must make after that point.
