Why? Because I think it's very fitting for his character and way of speech in Mafia games. Bell is very

sharp

in the way he makes his point(s) but not without a bit of sass behind him.

It takes so long for the flareon to come out. We all out here waiting and waiting for the solvy flare on but murder just sitting over there snacking on popcorn. I think it's partly because we really want to see the flareon so the waiting portion is more noticeable.
