Anyone who knows me from Shadowrun knows that the game had eternal hoods. It was exhausting as scum to never get a break.

Someone having to be eternally town 24/7 as scum would possibly be a death sentence.

the neighborizer isn't something thats going to be getting high bids.
With this in mind you can bid low on it and its ok.
This is how I sniped the doublevote and neighborizer 1 for 1k
