Novice OSV is probably slightly stronger. It's a d3 IC. Trackers clear like 0.8 slots per game.

OSV is more likely to hit town than scum, and could even hit a town pr (see this game for instance)

A Tracker is also an IC if it survives to late game and has the potential to catch scum. It's super powerful when there's only one scum remaining

Targetting Norwee N3 makes no sense when they claimed to be a UB that shot Ydra. Why is this player being targetted, why would you fakeclaim a result targetting this player? that doesn't make sense to me.
