If scum inside the dungeon abandons ship and nightkills (Say, Ydrasse abandons and kills Morning). Then Emily and Grandpa know Ydrasse is scum and kill her next day.

If Emily, Morning, or Grandpa kill -- the dungeon will be completed and everyone will know scum is one of those three. We can execute almost every player so this is no problem.

If scum does not kill, we know one player to be town confirmed and require only one correct townread to autowin nightless.

It is critically important that the guillotine is set up btw in the case scum inside the dungeon sabotages it. So maybe just to be safe:
