Because it was on me, this happens all the time to me. Scum tried to push me but have trouble getting it over the edge and then the CW flips scum and I am near conf town.
But this time I got CC'd

This sounds more like a weird variant of a follower. You said your ability tells you what happened to a player, but it seems more like it tells you about what that player did. Almost like a Beholder?

I asked Unwnd if my result tells me what the target did or what happens to the target just to clarify and he told me its what happens to my target.
