I think setup-wise it would make sense (since multiple hoods) that ours could be all-town based on the fact I knew one was for sure so I didn't want to scumread solely based on the hood.
Otherwise, it felt like VFP was trying to solve the game in the hood etc. and I liked the way they reacted to things there.
Honestly VFP could be buddying me here but like this game is so dead and they are one of the only people that I really interacted with (even bugs like dipped the hood pretty much) and so I didn't really want to kill there. I also figure I'll be able to read VFP better as time goes on by virtue of being in a hood with them.
