7) Do not edit or delete your posts in this thread. If there is a problem with a post, such as incorrect formatting, ask me to fix it for you.

9) Do not use cryptography, invisible text, tiny text, or the like.
10) Do not use any form of provable randomness. Claiming you rolled dice and acting on that is fine. Using dice tags is not.

Trust Tell
”. Ex: One displays a specific kind of behavior that ensures their alignment. Using trust tells will get you mod-killed or even cause a site ban which depends on List mod’s decision.
15) Breaking one of these rules may, at my discretion & List mod consent, result in a mod-kill. If you are mod-killed, you will become a Neutral Survivor, and thus automatically lose. Mod-killing may or may not end the game day.
16) No set of rules can be all-encompassing. I reserve the right to take any action at any time, for any reason. However, I try to be extremely reasonable. If you have any questions about the game, rules, or players, please ask me via PM.
17) Flavor is for entertainment purposes only and has no significance in the game.
Day, Night, and Twilight:
18) Day 1 phase will last for 10 days and the rest of the day phases will last for 7 days or until elimination occurs, and each Night phase will last for two days.
19) Players may continue to talk in the game thread during Twilight, including the player that has been eliminated.
20) If you do not send me your Night action before the specified deadline, I will assume that you are not performing an action on that night.
21) If you know you will be unavailable during a Night phase, you may send me your night action during the preceding Day phase if you so desire.
22) Deadline extension requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
23) Factional abilities may be used alongside role abilities as long as the role ability doesn't specifically state otherwise.
Activity Rules
24) If a player goes 36 real-life hours without posting, they may be prodded at my discretion, or upon being asked by another player. Prods will be announced in the game thread.
25) If you receive a prod, you will have 24 hours to post in the game thread. If you do not respond to your prod within 24 hours, you will be replaced. Additionally, if I have to prod you three times, the third prod will be an automatic replacement.
26)If you are in or going to be V/LA, please alert me in the thread. Don't PM me, don't post in the V/LA thread, post in this thread. Otherwise, I'll probably prod and possibly replace you." That also has the nice advantage of stopping other people from asking for a prod; they know about the V/LA too
Voting Rules
27) For your vote to be counted, it must be bolded or in vote tags, like so: VOTE: ArcAngel or

31) An elimination will occur when a player achieves 50% +1 of the votes. When this has happened, any subsequent votes and unvotes will not be counted.
32) If a majority is not reached by the deadline, there will be no elimination on that Day.
33) Additional votes include VOTE: No elimination to end the Day with no elimination (which will also require a majority)
34) Once you're dead, you are dead. Do not post in the thread until the game is over. So, DON'T POST IN THE GAME THREAD WHEN YOU'RE DEAD.

In Indian subcontinent during the late 16th century, there was a temple for Lord Ram and Mother Sita. The idols in the temple were said to be divine and dated back to “Treta Yuga” (An age before time).
During an Amavasya night (the dark moon lunar phase), a greedy and crooked priest stole the eye of Mother Sita – A blue diamond.
The touch of a crook contaminated Mother Sita’s idol and she was enraged and left the temple forever.
The goddess infuses a mythical curse on the blue diamond that whoever possessed the gem, will be destined to doom.
The priest was later killed by wild pack of dogs and torn into pieces. He was evidently dragged to hell.
This infamous Jewell is now called as “The Hope Diamond” also known for “Blood Diamond” and has become responsible for claiming many lives and bringing endless unfortunate to its possessors.
Hope diamond finally rests at Smithsonian museum and is not possessed by a person hence the curse is inactive. It draws several visitors every day, people are intrigued by its beauty and some even fear looking at it. People who work at Smithsonian avoid facing or touching it at all costs.
But history tends to repeat itself, someone from Smithsonian workers doesn’t believe in its legend and they believe it is foolish to keep $350 million dollars Jewell in a museum. Therefore, they did what they are not supposed to do.
The Hope diamond has been robbed by the workers of Smithsonian.
You will need to find the culprit and replace it in its resting place.

Anyways I have quite extensive experience with forum mafia on other sites (I usually play on Starcraft), looking forward to the 7 day deadlines which probably gives me a lot more time to think over things.
i've played a couple of months on chat mafia (4 days from now marks a year since the day i found mafia, actually) but i've shifted my attention over to forum mafia and other long-deadline forms of mafia mostly because i like the flavor and creativity of people-modded games

Btw.: I played a few mafia games about 15 years ago over on greylabyrinth. I even had an account on this site, but as I forgot my password and my mail adress from those days is no longer existent, I needed a new one.
That answer doesn't satisfy me in the least. I thought that maybe you didn't vote because you were town and didn't want to make a random accusation. Or you were a diamond thief and didn't want to be suspicious because of random voting.
But now you tell us you were to tired to do a simple rng. But posting was ok as was doing the rng one and a half hours later. And to top it of your 'randomness' casts the second vote on someone. All in all that seems highly suspicous in my eyes.
And as it is day 1 and we as town do not have any information at all (except maybe those with power rolls having informations concerning the general setup) this little bit is enough for me to undo my random vote.

And as I just read in Radical Rats posts while watching the preview to this post: As far as I read in the wiki and was usual in the days long gone by random voting to get things started on day one is quite common. Voting (or not voting) for someone because of his avatar is even more sus in my opinion. For me it seems as Radical Rat is trying to be helpful to Uranus (allthough I just asked a question). So I see a slight connection between those two.
