I'm pretty sure DGB wouldn't get roleblocked N4 after not being roleblocked N3, though. So an unlikely rolestop would be the only way for DGB to get a false guilty

I think you're confusing something with another. Rolestopper does NOT affect it's target's actions. It prevents all other actions ON them.

As always, including multiple protective roles in the game can lead to broken role combinations. Doctor+Bodyguard can lead to circular protections, as can Bodyguard+Bodyguard. If you are going to include these combinations in your game, make sure you specify how they work - presumably in a way that does not allow them to cross-protect successfully.

It is very important when including a Doctor in a game to check for broken combinations arising from its synergy with other power roles. Follow the Cop, for instance, arises when it is known in advance that there is a Cop and a Doctor in the game. Another broken combination involves two Doctors in the same setup; they can protect each other each Night and thus become immune to kills for the rest of the game. Because of this, full Doctors have fallen out of vogue in favour of Jailkeepers, modified Doctors, or simply not including a protective role at all.

It is not unheard of for Mafia to have Doctors of their own in games with Vigilantes, Serial Killers, or even rival Mafia factions. Their power is about the same in practice as that of standalone Town Doctors. Note. however, that in typical flavours, Mafia Doctors do not have guns, and therefore act as Godfathers to Gunsmiths.

Actually there are other ways around it. like making one of them Macho or Ascetic. Anything that makes it impossible for them to simultaneously target each other. In fact the Indecisive solution is the most pro-Town one since it allows them being on each other for "half the game", while Macho/Ascetic should prevent that from ever happening
