Does the Triage Nurse heal 2 additional patients per patient they heal, or do they only heal 2 additional patients when they heal a patient?

Essentially, how many additional patients does the Triage Nurse heal when they are assigned to the Triage Centre?

Triage Nurse assigned to the Triage Center would heal four different patients total - two from the Triage Center's power and two from their own power, so long as you have at least four patients with values of 1-3 when you activate it.

Specialist powers can only ever fire off once per turn, even if their trigger is met multiple times in the same turn.

(Similarly, my Urologist could not have healed a fifth or sixth patient when I assigned it to Renal Medicine, even if I'd had the extra patients.)
