Jester is functionally a second vengeful and so can safely claim. If they promise to townside we can help them out.
Vengeful therefore shouldn't be limmed as long as there is a Jester claim, and is thus the best fakeclaim for scum. So we should have venge claim then jester claim. If multiple vengeclaims we lim one they shoot the other. If one vengeclaim and a Jester, we lim the Jester, they shoot not Venge.
