Like we know for a fact there's scum in that list, but everywhere is met with resistance and now people want to wagon outside.
To be fair if we want to hit the roleblocker, looking outside is the best thing to do.

I think there is like, 1 scum total in that raid list. I never bothered with the math but probably, we have better odds hitting outside the raid than in it and yeah, maybe it will get us out of this morass.

It seems pretty clear scum decide beforehand whether a raid succeeds or fails before the day ends. Given it’s announced at the end of the of the day phase and not the end of the night phase.
