The locked store is dark, the lights must be off in there. The door is locked. The outside of the store declares itself to be an apothecary, whatever that is.

The locked area next to the elevator is a wall. There does seem to be a door, but it doesn't open from this side. There must be an alternative way in here.

To save time, I'll put results that can public in the thread. Otherwise Meme and I will be repeating ourselves many many times. It was already starting to happen, so I have made a call. I'll go back through the posts so far, and publish. This will be for the locked rooms only for the moment.

The locked store in the northwest corner appears to have people in it, and is signposted as being a bank.

The south east location is unable to be seen into, and its unclear what it is. There is a door here, but it's not openable from this side.

Go look at the locked storefront in the northeast corner

The north east store is closed right now. It has the name "Chutz Spa and Supplies" on the window. There does appear to be someone in there, it looks a little like they are taking a spa, but it's hard to tell through the steamed windows.

The exit to the road is currently locked. It seems almost like the mods needed to keep you from going out there too early

The Apothecary is next to the Antique store, but its shut and the lights are off.

I hope the gelato maker isn't broken

The tables are mostly empty and clean. They are available to sit at if you so desire, or drag around.

The gelato shop seems empty, and the vats are sadly lacking anything ... except for one gelato maker, where you can take strawberry gelato if you so desire. Seems nice and tasty, and no one is around to say no.

I don't how you can eat that processed crap. This body is a temple, ya feel? You'll feel a hundred times better if you stick to a natural, lean protein diet. Trust me.
