"I've got a plan. Going to approach the guy and say we're looking into marcus's murder, just wanna take some photos of the crime scene. After that let's see what does."

"Man, are you some kinda cop or something? We can try it, but what makes you think he'll listen to you?
Tell you what, give it a shot and I'll stay out of sight so we can be ready for plan B just in case."

Crouch near the wall a bit away from Charlie, trying to avoid line of sight with Fring

Go to ladder to high level and climb it

Put my hands up and stand so Fring can see me

Fring points his gun at you and orders you to leave

Quentin is out of sight below Fring’s line of sight

"I'm here taking photos for the police. I've been asked to take some photos of the scene of Marcus's death a year ago. There's some suspicion that it might be related to the killing yesterday. I just want to take some photos of the area and then I'll be out of your hair, I don't need to go near the helicopter."

The guard asks “This about Kingpin?”

The other guard walks over and asks “excuse me? What death are you talking about?”

[Primate]

"I don't know about kingpin or the specifics, I'm just here to take some photos."

[ambic]

The guard eyes you very supisciously now, and says "If you don't know about Kingpin, then theres no way in sang-hill the cops sent you. CLEAR OFF".

Never waste a good distraction

While Fring is talking to Charlie, climb the wall, sneak up behind Fring, and knock him out

Be prepared to grapple the gun and aim it away if the **** hits the fan

I still had gimmicks for turning this around but sure, this happened.

The shot misses. THe guard realising he in trouble runs for the elevator, and goes down it as fast as he can. He has a radio out, and he is radioing "Michigan, we are under attack. Send help"

If successful knock the gun away and hit him again

Say to Marcus. I didn't want that to happen, I'm here to help you

Go down both ladders, wave at the black cat on the way to the second one

The guard flies to the ground, losing his gun over the side of the building. He seems a bit stunned to be taken down so easily. The elevator door is open.
