town has 2 1-shot strong PRs (a hider and a vig) so it makes sense the scum has a 2 shot roleblocker that can negate both 1 shot TPRs.

a scum neighborizer is literally negative utility against a town parity vanilla cop.

like how does it even make sense for a town parity vanilla cop to be supposed to catch a scum 1s neighborizer? is the scum neighborizer supposed to neighborize town? the very act of a scum neighborizer acting shows them to be a PR lol.
