I guess it isn't completely implausible but the simplest explanation is that a town rolecop wanted to confirm your claim.

y’all I’m crazy busy this next week, gotta love finals, I’ll probably try and check in daily, but I won’t be around to do much, about to head to classes now, but yeah, most likely I’ll stay where I was yesterday, if A50 continues to do nothing, I’m down to move there, I’m starting to like Gerain, so maybe it’s simply just A50/Osuka?? idk, class.
