Mafia Kerdalinger


Every night, you may target a player. They will become Kerdled.
Whenever a Kerdled player receives any role feedback, you will receive that feedback instead. The player who should have received that feedback will instead receive the following feedback, verbatin:

The Kerdals in your ears deafen you!


Kerdled player's actions will fail when targeting other Kerdled players.

(If multiple roles that can Kerdle players exist, then all players who can Kerdle will receive the roll feedback of all Kerdled players.)

Once per night, you may Puble a player.
Publed players role names turn
purple
and investigate as Cult.
Once more than one Publed player exists in the game, all Publed players will join a neighborhood together.
You can never be Publed nor Kerdled.
If you die, all players who are Kerdled will instead instead be Publed.

At any point at night, you can choose to target any player. You will die and infect that player with yourself.
Your role will not flip on death.
You will open a private topic with your host.
You will vanillaise your host.
At any point, your host may expel you. They will receive their old role back.
Any night abilities you have can only be used while dead, and when you use them it will be treated as if your host had used them itself.
Your host will not know your role.
Any investigations you perform will result in your host receiving the results, not you.

You will have four JOAT abilities, chosen randomly from the following list:

Alien [The role, not alignment]
Cop
Seer
Vigilante
Activated Commuter
Publishing Self-Bloodhound [Publishes the investigation results of your host, not you.]
Loyal Fruit Vendor [Loyal from the perspective of your host, not you.]
Mailman [Message composed by you, but sent from your host]

Roll any roll in the game. Make it Flipless and Parasitic.
If the role cannot win when dead, such as a Survivor or Serial Killer, reroll it until you get a role that
can
win when dead.

Town 3-Shot Inventor


Three times per game at night, you may target any player.
You will give them an invention of your choice.
You can only give each invention once.

Inventions:
1-Shot Gossip: Player and their target learn each other's roles.
1-Shot Publishing Adaptive Bloodhound: Publicly reveals whether or not a target player is Town or Not Town. Comes Insane if given to any Scum aligned player.
1-Shot Publishing Self Alignment Cop: Publicly reveals the exact alignment of the user.
1-Shot Hijacked Blank Vigilante: Player may attack another player at night, but it will fail. You will learn who they tried to kill. The blank and tracking modifiers are hidden from the recipient.
1-Shot Reflexive Loyal Fruit Vendor: On the first night the player gets any amount of visitors, they will reflexively inform all visitors of the same alignment that they have received fruit.

Reroll this roll and give the new role a 1-Shot Gossip Invention at the start of the game.

The Gossip informs both the player and their target of each other's roles.

The role that used to be called Peacekeeper was renamed because Peacekeeper better suits a kill-specific Jailkeeper instead of a kill-specific Roleblocker

Each night, you may prevent someone acting.
You will learn if performing your action was either beneficial or harmful to your faction, or if it had no consequence.

Spoiler: Beneficial Actions
- Roleblocking a town doctor who would have saved the life of scum.
- Roleblocking a scum investigative role that would have received useful results.
- Roleblocking a town investigative who would have received incorrect results.
- Roleblocking an attempted killer who would have killed town.


Spoiler: Harmful Actions
- Roleblocking a town doctor who would have saved the life of town.
- Roleblocking a town investigative role that would have received useful results.
- Roleblocking an attempted killer who would have killed scum.


Spoiler: Inconsequential Actions
- Roleblocking a town doctor who would targeted someone who wasn't attacked.
- Roleblocking a town investigative role who still wouldn't have received results even if you didn't roleblock them.
- Roleblocking a player who would have performed no action.

Town 1-Shot B-Side Vigilante

Once per game during the night, you may target a player to attempt to kill them.
Your action occurs during a secret and separate B-Side night that happens after the normal night.

B-Side is an attempt to create a more standardized way to create an easier way to make a role that always goes last, creating a version that can intuitively exist even with other roles with the same modifier.

This is not a role, this is a effect.
If this effect rolls, give all of the next roles the B-Side modifier, which makes any night abilities they have operate during a secret and separate B-Side night that happens after the normal night.

You investigate as Mafia.
Role Cop type roles will see your role as Traitor.
Mafia will be informed there is a Traitor in the game.
On death, you will flip as Mafia Traitor.

If there are no Mafia alive in the game, you gain the ability to kill at night.
You win with town.
