Mailman shouldn't be able to since, as you said, it would render the role worthless. Since the wiki says a friendly neighbor is equivalent to an IC, a FN message must be different from a mailman message.

Actually I think a mailman message is supposed to have an indication that a mailman sent it precisely for this reason. A FN message isn't really a "lettter", it's closer to a cop result on someone.

I’ll be honest, the fact that Nero Cain and Save The Dragons seem to be taking a complete back seat this game is raising some massive red flags for me.

Why is it unlikely? Scum know I’m town, and now they know my role.. blocking me is optimal play. Everyone is skeptical anyway. So why not re-enforce that? And cause even more doubt..

my problem with ger is the same as scorpius- they complained about d1 being all bad and stuff and then come in with a lackluster performance on d2. that doesn't necessarily mean anything AI though, it's just a little annoying that they made a big stink about D1 sucking and aren't able to solve the game D2.

I just still think this slot is town. i'm not sure i love the ATE and the appeal to experience going on but it certainly could come from town, and the outing of the FN seems like a town thing not a scum thing to do.

outguessing the mod/setup is dangerous

i've seen a neighborhood with 2 traitors in it they flipped one and assumed the other was town. i also saw a game with 3 mafia doctors in it. both are considered normal.

i could see a mailman and a friendly neighbor in the same setup as town
