...Is PD seriously proposing a lynch of masons?
Scheherezad - 3: Panamon, Riceballtail, Erratus Apathos
Riceballtail - 2: PyroDwarf, G-Force
babygirl86 - 1: Xtoxm
Not voting: Rhinox, Scheherazade
Takes 7 to lynch.
I'm not sure I'm buying it either...PyroDwarf wrote:Wait, what? people are buying the mason claim? I'm not sure i understand. On N0, you guys picked someone at random to attack? Color me confused.
I have never been in a game with masons, how likely is it that they are both scum? Or would that just be way to huge of a gambit for scum to risk?
G-Force wrote:Unvote
I'm inclined to believe the mason claim at the moment, only because I doubt scum would claim confirmed mason with their scum buddy this early. If its ever found that either one of them is scum via cop investigation, death scenes or whatnot, they're screwed.
Well, I was speaking hypothetically, but yes, investigating you or RBT would likely be a waste.Xtoxm wrote:Cop shouldn't be investigating us in the first place.
Its not the "asking lots of questions" that is unproductive, its the "not really scumhunting" that's unproductive.Erratus Apathos wrote:How is asking lots of questions "a lack of productivity"?G-Force wrote:What you have described is not a scum tell, but a lack of productivity, and lets be frank, there's been a lot of that in this game, mostly resulting from the unproductive players refusing to answer the questions of the productive ones.Erratus Apathos wrote:On second thought, screw the RBT wagon.Erratus Apathos wrote:I get the feeling I'm not going to be moving my vote any time soon.
Unvote, Vote: Scheherazade
Asking lots of questions but not really scumhunting.
Um, before you posted that, we both posted the same amount of posts in this game (12). Now we're both tied with 13 posts. How am I lurking anymore than you are? I try to post at least once a day, if I don't, oh well, I probably didn't have anything I wanted to comment on, but sorry. I didn't really look at both of our 13 posts (including this one), so I am not sure who vs who has posted more content, but I am sure people could analyze my posts just find as much as they could with yours. It wasn't really his post, it was just the fact that it was a random vote of mine, and I didn't like the wagon, and didn't feel the vote, so I unvoted. I thought Xtoxm looked scummier. He claimed Mason. I was wrong. I have no reason to doubt Xtoxm at the moment, looking back, it makes perfect sense.G-Force wrote:I don't like the idea of lynching someone while waiting for a replacement. It's just a completely random shot in the dark.

I'd like to hear more from orangepenguin. He's been pretty lurky even for this game. There's very little from him that can be analyzed, and his posts almost seem to be trying to create the illusion of contribution without really saying anything. His vote on Xtoxm struck me as weird. (I didn't want to mention this at the time because I was still suspicious of Xtoxm, and I wanted him to explain why he thought OP was scummy.) He left his vote on Schez for a long time, then when Schez questioned the vote, he gave the reasons why the vote was there, but when Schez pressed the matter, he quickly switched his vote to Xtoxm. @OP: What about Schez's post convinced you that he was no longer a good vote?
Yes, but the asking lots of questionsG-Force wrote:Its not the "asking lots of questions" that is unproductive, its the "not really scumhunting" that's unproductive.Erratus Apathos wrote: How is asking lots of questions "a lack of productivity"?
So as early as page 1, you thought Scheherazade's reluctance was scummy. But after I point outG-Force wrote:I'd just like to point out that Scheherazade has been the most aggressive player this game (not that that's saying much, since we're still on page one), but has yet to cast a vote. If you're sure of you're actions, follow up with a vote; the rest of us have voted for weaker (read: arbitrary) reasons. I can easily imagine scum being reluctant to commit to an early vote.
Seeing as my previous vote was mostly random, I am going to
Unvote
Vote: Scheherezad
There is a huge difference in what is posted in your 13 posts and G-Force's 13 posts IMO. # of posts means very little (unless it is ridiculously low) and the content is more important. Out of your 13 posts, only 2-3 have what I would consider decent game content and the rest is all fluff (including the 2 posts about shortening Sche's name and your 'good point, vote:RBT' post).orangepenguin wrote: Um, before you posted that, we both posted the same amount of posts in this game (12).
