I went on one of my trademark latenight drives. I am now convinced that the team is 2/3 of skitter/Coral/Cakez.

This perspective hinges on this: I strongly feel that Pavowski post on the worst hardspews the slot as scum and should be hardpunished.

I do not think marcistar is scum for several reasons. Some of them are vague and difficult to sell others on, but I think one is straightforward. Pavowski buddied her essentially from minute one, and his interactions with her outside of sundresses was always uncomfortable extending into the T/S suggestion with Fruit.

I do not think it is Meuh; her interactions with Pavowski and votes on Day 2 made a lot of sense and put adequate pressure on him. Pavowski explicitly votehopped with her onto the Gamma slot, and I don't think he explicitly tags along as scum. I strongly feel that Coral does not put significant pressure on the slot and try to push her as the alternate here; this is flying far too close to the sun and the wings are on the verge of melting.

Originally, this had a section about why Cakez is town. This was dependent on Cakez being the compromise/default vote Coral was willing to go along with this. I swapped the names in my memory while thinking on my drive and it was instead a point for Meuh. God I hope it's Cakez though because entire posting around the worst/Coral slot is absolutely terrible and he deserves to lose for it regardless of alignment.

No scum player in their right mind sticks their neck out against clearing a rage-replaceout. That is one of the things where you give it to the town and don't get within a 10 foot pole unless it's essentially your only shot at winning.

Pavowski posted that shading intervention because he felt bad about the situation and thought he was safe to do so given that it was on a partner. It was nice of him to try but that was the wrong call and he should lose the game outright for the error IMO.

I see Faker changing her reads up on me.... I was good with a Coral/Meuh team.. I got convinced it wouldn't be skitter by someone, like, if skitter was picking the clears, she'd know like "hey I just picked all the people initially voting Pav with me" like, yeah... not so sure that's something scum!skitter would do. I tr Faker, and well that only leave like 3 people?

I scumread Pavowski's early play due to the feeling that he was trying to make an effort to fit in to the ~vibes~ and wasn't entirely succeeding, and was doing so mostly instead of trying to sort people.

Now I don't really feel the same, it feels more like he's struggling to get his footing but also that he isn't particularly trying to.

I'm not sure what to make of that. I also feel like there's multiple slots here who in a typical game I really would not like to survive to endgame, but due to the escape mechanic I'm worried that if we don't catch them now they will just get away.

pedit: I see that skitter is expressing a similar sentiment and now my gut is doubting my read there

This is a time when Pav is under pressure but not dead.

This is somehow a slot that people think is actually town.

My reads have mostly stood pat at Coral/Cakez -> Meuh -> skitter -> marci.

skitter/Meuh have swapped back and forth but that's about it. My bad memory had skitter above Cakez while I was driving home from Taco Bell, but now that I come back and read skitter is back in the town bucket.
