That's self-consciousness and/or anxiety, can you use logic to explain what caused you to feel self-conscious and/or anxious?
Bruce: Terry. I've been thinking about something you once told me... and you were wrong. It's not Batman that makes you worthwhile; it's the other way around. Never tell yourself anything different.

I'm
guessing
that #5185 and #5186 are within Dease's scum range?

I would think so. At this point scum-Deas has license to go for a risky-ish play.
It's always the same. When you fire that first shot, no matter how right you feel, you have no idea who's going to die. You don't know whose children are going to scream and burn. How many hearts will be broken. How many lives shattered. How much blood will spill, until everybody does what they're always going to have to do from the very beginning... SIT DOWN AND TALK!

VOTE: Dease

I'm looking for examples of scum!Dease wifom and I haven't found any yet because I haven't found any scum games of Dease where they actually get this close to being run up. Yes, he's that good.

So...I think revoting here is fully justified, and I'll look at more games when I get a chance. If anyone can help out with this I would love that (I'm still moving.)

I didn't and in a way still don't really think obscure was scum. I think it's not hard to get "he's not here and being proactive and he only shows up when we call him thus he's lurk scum." so I don't really like whoever said they didn't know why obscure was getting wagoned. Dann right? At this point, I'm up for killing anything that's not contributing.
Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

i just feel like every time someone shows up and talks i lose any conviction i had in scumreading them

so either all my scumreads are wrong, or im weak and too easily influenced

possibly both

dunno, imo if we yeet ss deas dann shea i think we hit at least 2 scum but at least one, maybe two of them is probably town and i tend to always think it's whichever one talked most recently

Large Normal 221, on D3 within roughly posts #2500 - #2800, Dease pumps out some wifom to survive which is comparable (at a glance) to the most recent batch of posts Dease wrote.

an intro to anthropology course I took in college
millions of years of human evolution/nature
common sense
Occam's razor
played a game or 2 on this site

like sure, I get that there will be experienced scum that can and will intentionally mispush a stronger town player just so they don't get called on pushing LHF. But scum pushing what's easy/not pushing what's hard isn't this novel concept that I just randomly came up with.

good/decent scum play is effectively bad town play and that's gonna be alot easier for ppl that are already bad.

Even though I think Dann is scum I p much agree with this. I mean, ofc there's a theory that says town care less about staying alive which I don't put that much stock into it buut just play or GTFO.

being town and pushing who you think is scum isn't asshole behavior. Ppl might get fussy b/c they feel like you are ignoring them and thier contributions and while this is a team game group think isn't great.

UNVOTE:

i don't really feel good about forcing through another compromise elim on a lurker especially when a lot of my reasons are (admittedly) paranoid theorizing

i'd rather just follow someone else's lead for today
