ok here's the problem: i put bbt at -2, we prob have 2 votes from Grib and Solway, possibly from NM and Enchant as mentioned. So very risky.... I shoulda voted frogster yesterday and left it there ; /

If i don't, then Asia will def have some sus on me, and the pattern will be: Eira sheeped Asia on Solway and Elements but not Frog and Blue. So far i've been deliberately avoiding Solway to sorta long-run sus them, so idk....

i guess i can throw the vote in there and hope for the best..... maybe vote then start other shit...... eh idk. i need to post today, and like if i don't vote bbt then i feel i'll have to either: double down on elements and build a case, which might look very bad for me if bbt flips.

maybe bbt not claiming vt, if things become bad enough, can shift the wagon last second and give us another day.

What do you dislike about Erynis's vote on BBT? What about its tone is off?

I disliked HPE’s vote on BBT because it was voting him purely for silently hopping on to a wagon in the very early game. I’ve found that votes like that tend to correlate with being scum. I don’t fully remember why I thought HPE’s tone was off, but rereading some of its posts all of them look a bit forced and careful. My general rule for tone scumreads is that if the player’s tone differs significantly for one or two posts in their ISO or if their tone is different this game than in their town games, it’s scummy. HPE’s tone has remained consistent throughout their ISO, so I don’t scumread HPE for their tone. I do still have to check HPE’s past games.

If you're reading this, you got mail from eira..... i hope you're reading this. I considered not revealing who am i am, all in all a safer bet, but for once i feel pretty solid on a day on read so here we are lol. So i'm a mailman, and a nervous one at that tbh XD So first off, I don't know how much flak i'll get d2 on(if i even live thru tonight lel) but my plan rn is to claim fruit vendor instead of mailman, at least initially. I figure that a vendor claim would be less likely to be nk'ed than a mailman, and i hope my picks are accurate enough that i can sorta becoming a roving masonry connecting town without scum being any the wiser.

So i guess this is where i'll start:

Firstly, i think it's necessary for us to communicate in subtext, i'm still taking time to see how best to achieve this, but for now i think the simplest three things we can do is:

1. If you received my message, meaning we're both alive and no one interfered with me, using the phrase 'somewhat troubled' in any context will confirm this for me.
2. If you think me claiming fruit vendor is a good idea, you can either claim u got fruit(ur discretion) or use the phrase 'I'm positive' in any context
3. If you think i should rather play it straight and claim mailman, the phrase 'weird vibes' will alert me.

so yeah i want to finish this tomorrow. i think a lot of 'sorting' will depend on who gets flipped, hopefully solway, but it might also make sense for a town eira to have been keeping notes from the get-go(which i didn't, did think it woulda been neat but never got around 2 it). basically i'll pad the preamble out with more 'let's work together on d2 to determine who i should visit n2' and 'if your a town protective don't heal me, rather look for stronger roles' and some other stuff.

idk......... in my 'sorting' i might just act wholly confused, give some solid reasons for why fire town maybe, maybe double-down on bbt/elements scum with iffy, waterish kinda reasons...... and treat everyone else as mystery boxes that confuse and perturb my gentle soul.

(I haven't seriously studied the asia/fire mason theory yet tbh, but rn i can say that, while i'm still vt on asia, i def can't rule out a masonry.... i'm starting to wonder if HPE isn;t maybe more likely PR than elements, and I think my earlier enchant VT hunch might've been premature.... i mentioned the undue paranoia but logically rn i have nothing which can read enchant for me one way or another.

N_M is still relatively quiet, I guess the consensus being 'Don't kill N_M yet D1' can be the cause of that, as in 'ok i can just sit this day out and observe', i don't know but i'm still keeping poss. open that they're PR and very relieved that no one is hunting them, coming in for the occasional jape or joke but nothing that really ruffles any hairs.....

oh lo yeah that's not near enough the finished product, i just started typing in 14 mins before power went down XD so yeah, more preamble, in depth reads but no too certain ones, and attempts at sorting after hopeful town flip.

this one is gonna be more informal and 'honest'(sincere?) in tone, i think depending on D2, N2 target i'll radically alter my language maybe and not reveal who i am.

me being on Solway elim can be good tbh, sort of 'hey Asia we both f'd up lets fix it' but honestly i think for long-term play it's better i stay on bbt, milk the distancing for all it's worth, and bet on town pushing solway thru maybe.... but with 2 days anything can happen.


this might mean i'll have to lite-defend solway, cos asia might ask 'y didnt vote sol' i say 'thought they were town' 'why didn't you warn me' .................... but im thinking too much again, i'll see how things play out tommorow.

I think fire could be town and frog could be scum. I low key think aisa might be town but it's a meta read and not a good one. Grib can be town. In annoyed no one engaged me on hpe. I find the back and forth between grid/tsq/fire/frog/a little bbt soeta unreadable' because it looks like a pissing contest and I never get anything out of them.

This Town is really starting to piss me off with their good D1 reads.
