The first part isn't unreasonable imo.
Though, I feel like S_S is making a good point that you're assuming Datisi's action resolves before Bear's and allows for him to immediately get another shot upon recharge.

To me, it seems very weird that an action with a target would take place instantaneously; like, would the mod wait for the recharger to submit their action before starting the night? Large theme with weird mechanics or not, usually actions are submitted during a time period instead of becoming available and instantly resolving.

It feels a bit odd that his first assumption was that Bear had a guilty when Bear never said that.
In opposition, when Bear pushed Math, he mentioned Math being a guilty.

i figured he was playing along with the reaction test but if he did think it was a guilty for some reason i would not be terribly fussed about it

Because he thought people would give him a hard time if his target died?
