I get the arguments that a doc claim d2 and onwards is less reliable but if Gnosia kills them then there won’t be any results, so experts on this setup, what am I not getting?

I wouldn't worry about coroner cover for now especially given the claim can be used by like 4 scum, 1 survivor and every other town PR.
Also I don't think it's beneath a VT to allude to being a greater being to dodge getting eliminated.

With 4 group scum in the game (based on the setup above) the game becomes much easier to solve after 4 elims.

Assuming there is a game after 4 elims then one of the elims HAS to be in town or Bug. After 5 there must be at least one on town.

It can generally be assumed that a NK is on town (or Bug).

Using this work backwards to correct mistakes.

Based on the VC I linked I have a possible theory but want to see what other people do

I agree with scum liking the gamestate. I don't get why the coroner needs to claim. I am not a robot where I am immediately caught up either.

We cannot trust a coroner who claims Day 2.
A lone coroner who claims Day 1 alone is confirmed.
A lone coroner who claims Day 2 could be scum.

I think that this is a bad idea.

A lone coroner who claims and is not counter claimed that day is confirmed until and unless someone CCs.

With this being flipless it’s going to be a matter of who is trusted.

I think forcing it D1 is a bad approach.

It’s more really about building relationships so we can understand the effects occurring versus a naked claim.

For example if NK15 claimed coroner I would be suspicious because of how they seem to be baiting out a coroner claim.

If someone claims coroner then we analyze it at that given moment and use our brains.

If scum claim coroner and town coroner is alive then we elim the scummier then the townier gives a result and we elim just in case we got it wrong before.

Scum claiming coroner is not a get out of jail free card. In fact it’s a pretty sure way to eventually (TM) be elimmed if we play it properly. We will sometimes elim town and make mistakes. What matters is looking at those mistakes in reverse and finding the narrative.
