Actually, I think the current 13 seem fine, but I am not Kira might cause confusion if Kira gets it and claims that they are now conftown.
So, maybe add a ability to check what an ability does, but can only be used once?

Well, then it would be Hilarious. But if 7 players can't notice this and call out bullshit (setup is open, including all skills), they deserve it.
So it's really risky for Kira to try to sell that.


Skill to investigate other Skills? Well, may be. Why not...

I forgot skills were open, which makes a skill to investigate other skills not as powerful, but is still able to catch fakeclaims.

Death Note Rules

1. Any player, whose Real Name was writen in this Note shall die.
2. You need to target player which name you writing. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
3. If you write a cause of death after the name like this: (Name) died from (cause), then that will happen.
4. If the cause of death is not specified, the player will be flavored as "died from Heart Attack!"
5. If time of death is written, it will happen at exact chosen phase.
6. If time of death is not specified, the player will die at same night as you writed them.
7. You can't delay death for more than 4 phases, nor you can kill players midphase.
8. You can't undone writing or change time of death.
9. No one can change fate. If someone try to kill victim of Death Note earlier that they should die from it, it will not work.
10. You cannot write your own name in Death Note, if you are Kira (not that it actual rule, Kira is too ego). But you can write your own name if you are any other role.


Example of Right Usage:

Write. Player: Enchant, Real Name: L Lawliet, Died from Laughing on End of Day 3.
