Not seriously. But given I've heard someone once say, "Why so serious?" it's on the table, like anything else this early.

Let me elaborate on the first question and rephrase it to be better:

When you asked me how I could possibly think I had three scum reads correct, I was explicitly scum reading Elements/Dragons/Flea. I made it very clear that I was scum reading those three. Since then, I have explicitly made it clear that I have changed my mind and scumread Dragons/Elements/Passenger, and that I'm less likely to change my mind than I was before.

This was my exact point regarding you, prompted by the post where Flea addressed Erynis. My point was that Elements having me at locktown, and you pivoting to 'I think this is town' right after Killing Joke susses your behavior after I questioned you and Elements, were premature reads. Mutineers knowing too much. Your response, after I near had to drag it from you, is that it's gut read. The only reads you really want to expand upon were those on you. You shift reads as it conveniences you. Where you 'scumhunt', you hunt because you smell weakness or oppurtunity. There are so many slots that you purposefully ignore giving concrete analysis on that it's laughable. The avoidance is clearly to make sorting harder once/if you flip, but if you flip a mutineer I don't see us crew having a hard time sorting the scum at all.

Plus, even if he is scum, given his post volume compared to say, Passenger, he'll be much easier to find and elim later in the game. If town, I think Fenrir could prove himself to be a useful player in the game and I think he should be afforded the opportunity to do this.

Why passenger scum? Why must obvious scum not be killed? Are there thing such as, say, mutineer doctors? making one mutineer more valuable to save?

I don't think I can say anything about this. I like them from what we've interacted but the indications that they are scum are just. so. many. And you gloss over them, making vapid statements.
