Well, yes, but not fully.
We should share ambiguous and Mafia-only picks, I think, EXCEPT ambiguous investigation roles.
But should we really share town-only roles? What's the benefit of that that outweighs the info we give to scum?
And identifying the invest roles is of course a big no because it could give extremely useful info to scum.
I think sharing setup info day1 is bad because it allows scum to better allocate night resources such as a roleblock or rolestop based on who they think might have an investigative role and who might be likely to target them. Sharing what roles we sent in day2 is something I have far fewer qualms about.
tl;dr sharing roles day1 reduces potential anti-scum swing by allowing scum an opportunity to have stronger counter play against town investigative roles n1

The light-hearted defence here heavily contrasts the more apparently serious previous posts. 814 Are all serious responses to interactions which merit them. We do see a few more light hearted posts by furtive such as 12 and 10 but they are light hearted in response to light hearted things. The light hearted response to my serious accusation of caught scum is a notable change in emotional tempo.

The seriousness I mean in 8 is the matter of fact analysis of the lack of third parties and amount of scum in the setup which is something that should be obvious anyway. It makes for good busywork to appear you are helping town while providing nothing of substantial value.

I'm not really liking this. I don't see the wisdom in letting Mafia know any more about the possible setup, such as whether they could be blocked or such. And I don't really expect them to be truthful about what they submitted, so we could get bamboozled thinking we can't possibly have Mafia with certain abilities.

Seriously, I don't anyone at this point can honestly say they caught scum. They can however use the power of voting to analyze reactions.....and that reaction pings a couple things.
