We could tell the GA to claim scum, a thing they could do, have you target them and lie about yheir role by claiming Gnosia.

So we would know they are GA. It does lead to possible duplication errors if a Gnosia fakes it but there is only one kf those alive ANYWAY and we don't want to kill them yet so it works too
