No clear idea, though his partner did try to ridiculously push me D2 for correctly thinking that the panic wagon on D1 was on town so there could be some attempt to invoke that history? It's just an extra layer of possible complication that I wanted people to be aware of. At the least, if he is scum I expect he came in with something in mind to account for me being here and likely extra wary of him. Could explain why he started out townreading and largely agreeing with me and has now somehow shifted mindset without any real explanation.

I'm thinking that we've got a pretty decent town core together already and that's making scum antsy. Let's not let them make us antsy when we're breathing down hard on them.
