Tonally it's not there and it's relatively easy for scum to engage in proscum ways here that Lorne just isn't doing.

You're not the first person to dislike the way I play, don't worry
I'd say you're in the majority? But I have fun, and I try to solve in my own ways, so I don't mind

Lorne who are you willing to vote off today?
How do you expect to find the culprit when you're all worried about each other's feelings? If you're planning to expose a liar, then you have to corner them psychologically.

Like what even is this opinion? Do you really believe this or are you joking again? I don't mind people that play to have fun but this type of playstyle is just not good for the town. No solving, all jokes. We can't even tell when you're being serious

It feels like kokichi thinks I'm blindly agreeing with gimli because I townread them. When in realitt that's backwards and I'm townreading gonli becauae I'm agreeing with what they are saying.

Otherwise it feels like Kokichi is scumreading... having town reads? Or at least defending them which seems pretty silly.

I understand Lorne's reasoning. And Probably agree with Azu there but not 100%.

My 2 cents on it;
Half the genre is 'social' in social deduction. I don't think there's a valid argument where Lorne isn't contributing, they've said their thoughts and engaged with other players. It's a completely valid as a way to play and part of playing mafia is adapting to playing with people of very different personalities. If people want to play like this to enjoy themselves I see no reason why they shouldn't.

People have every right to play how they want, absolutely. And if their playstyle makes them harder to read then good for them because that's a great trait to have here I think. BBT just won a newbie game by flying under the radar and doing nothing. So if it fits your playstyle then why deviate? If it is a playstyle thing though then obviously I'm less confident in my read

Basically his reasoning is scum feel more inclined to look town, while town isn't trying to look town they are looking for scum. So scum or more likely to call out typical non town behavior and town is usually willing to do more out of left field things. But I can't say I agree with it, because I do crazy things as town and scum

And also because insane and dumb as hell reasoning naturally comes to town more often
It's not as extreme as I portray it, it's simply one is more likely to be town than the other

UNVOTE: Lorne Malvo
Thinking it can semi-safely write off Lorne as just being a goofball townie here now that he's given SOME form of explanation to his actions. Its on the fence about if it wants to slap even a pressure vote onto Gimli because his push is bad but his persistence is intriguing and this one feels like even followers would have more self-preservation than to keep pushing a wagon that is teetering on the edge of backfiring and killing them.
not a person, just a doll~

Well even if I'm wrong about Lorne at least I got him to do something

I'm still leaning Gimli over kawaii but I'm not as sure as I once was
