If you look at Vander/Gimli interactions this game you will see how weird it is. It's not Vander pocketing a townie weird...Vander has been trying to signal to Gimli all game that he is Gimli's follower

And Gimli got the signal because he has been unquestionably townreading Vander

I think (meg, koki, HPE) works as a kira pool. we know what std is by now, and I think there's at least a bit of sussing on lorne from vander that makes lorne unlikely to be kira. but anyway I'll check that tomorrow.
