That is part of the reason that I thought that the redirect might be out of shots. I landed on my target, so I was not redirected, and it would explain why the doctor was actually an issue for the scum team now.

This has me back to thinking we should consider the Kokichi flavor claim plan.

If Kokichi can flip, then it proves that they are talking to PB, which feels like it proves that PB has the ability to send people back. If they have the ability to send people back, then it seems like he would have done so to look better.

If PB does not have a hood / does not have the ability to send people back, then him choosing not to act seems more likely.
