putting all 3 scum into a single neighbourhood QT that is a main mechanic of the game is literally both pointless and super scum sided. Balance wise it makes no sense and also it's not remotely fun for the townies in that QT.

But it would mean that when alignments were randomed, it landed on 3 out of 5 animal based picks as scum -- which feels so incredibly unlikely.

the easiest explanation is a bunch of people picked animals so the mod decided to throw them all in a hood together

the rand of the alignments should be separate from what picks people sent in

theres no reason 3 animals cant rand scum together
