I think just giving some sort of pool would be good if we intend on leashing the FN action... which I'm not really feeling, if Doctor Drew is town I feel Doctor Drew is a valuable townie...
regardless, FN is confirmable so if someone claims to get an FN message I'd assume TvT, and WIFOM is a possibility that needs to be considered
pedit: strongly leashing the FN hurts the utility of FN imo... imo FN would be best used on one of your townreads that scumreads you
also I think it's very likely that there's scum in this neighborhood, so let's act accordingly.
I also think ranger died for her reads. and died by scum. that means especifically that porkens (a slot no one is really townreading) is more likely than not to be scum.

Idk if giving out vig is very good when we might have scum in this PT.
But I don't know if we can ever got to a situation where there is no possibility of scum in the nightmare, either.
Still, I think for now FN is the most useful.
Pedit: if we give someone vig while there's scum here, all we do is give scum the option to kill the vig and waste our nightmare along with one of our best solvers. I don't see how that's a good idea at all, of you think we have scum among us.
flipping scummy people ensures our control of the game. when we kill scum, we remove their powers. when we don't we shred the POE and have a sense of where to go next. it's the best course of action IMO.
so this should really be step 1 - lets agree on who to kill step 2 kill them if the shot doesnt go through then we eliminate them by vote (unless strange things happen)
Yes it is role madness but if we vig any one who we consider a good scum hunter and they die, we just gave scum 2 birds with one stone. Like let's say we give Gimli the vig and StD/Lich is scum, Gimli dies tonight and we don't have a vig.
If we FN a scummy townplayer and they die, yes there's no FN but we just resolved a scummy person. Or they get confirmed as town next night, if they don't die.
that's sound logic but I think bad shit can happen with this 'lets clear people by giving them one shot actions', we end up giving scum powers and scum controls the game's mechanics. and there's scum here, which is why I think giving FN can lead to scum controlling even more things since they already control the hood.
we can give the vig to kyoko. I'm pretty sure she's town, but she hasn't posted much and I think scum wouldn't target her even if they're here. so she's more or less guaranteed to be around d2.

as I softed in my d1, I'm perfect to receive a vig. if scum targets me hilarity may or may ensue.
See, I'm tempted to take the missing

as an intentional additional soft and to agree that giving you a vig is a decent idea based on what I think it means.
But I don't understand why exactly you don't think scum will kill Kyoko if we give her the vig?
its not someone they'd normally kill based off how d1 went, so if scum kills kyoko after we agreed to give her a vig then we know we have scum inside the pool of players inside the hood. and tbh I say we flip MT if kyoko dies tonight.
Also I kinda like the idea of hilarity ensuing if Gimli dies. In fact I like it so much I'm willing to give Gimli the vig even if he's actually scum, just because it sounds like fun.
Otherwise we could always go back to plan A and give DD the FN and a list.
Also, I have a bit of a crazy idea, tell me what you think:
Gimli/Rat, could you try leading a fake wagon on mw tomorrow? I want to see if we can get any scum to join the wagon thinking it's an easy mislim. If there's a traitor or 3p, it's unlikely the scum in this hood will be able to inform them it's a trick without revealing themself.
