yeah i don't buy this at all, a refresher clam might have been plausible but this sounds too limited to be real, the usage doesn't make sense (blowing a once per game action randomly with no indication it would work), and i kind of think he just tried to claim the refund without being aware of the mechanics

Probably not even half the town have an active limited shot ability

To use your role
First you have to find town
Second find someone who got an active ability
Third make sure you target someone who used this ability the same night
Fourth You only got 1 shot ONE FKING SHOT to make this happen
and it doesn't even refund shots only the ones that failed

more importantly the reason thsi claim is fake, the msot obvious reason

is that if this were really a one shot ability and the only thing Porkens really has in his rolepm, he would have CLAIMED IT WHEN I CAME OUT AND SAID I WAS BLOCKED AND REFUNDED

to disavow me of thinking i was blocked and be like "it could have just failed and been refunded then, if Kokichi had no non factional killing abilities" which i don't think makes the ability fail but at least claiming it then makes sense because you have NOTHING ELSE TO CLAIM

like if a player you targeted with your only one shot ability claimed to be roleblocked as town you would claim the target to explain any issues
