I normally don't go into the explanations of these kinds of tells because they don't feel intuitively good
But they are like one of the most reliably accurate forms of tell I know of

I'm on an arc of attempting to explain my thought processes logically and seeing the impact that has on the game against my better judgement

i understand. i too find that my reasoning sounds extremely unpersuasive to anyone but me pretty consistently and yet is also somehow right more often than random. it does help me find you as town if nothing else

I am struggling to think of a way to explain my thoughts about this page in a way that makes sense outside of my head but!! I think that one of the people who just unvoted Temporal has a higher chance to be mafia!

It feels as if Klick’s post was a marker to unvote Temporal, and this is the part that is hard to explain! I think that the logic that Klick presents makes sense but it also has the assumption that all play that mafia might make is sensible, and I disagree with that idea as sometimes they are throwing things into the wind to see what sticks!! But the read itself is one that sounds “sound” to other players and is a way to disengage as someone else has now handed you the reason!

I will be honest that this is probably! Contingent on what I think of Temporal when I can read more, not being able to post as much in real time kind of sucks but I wanted to point this out while I was here because seeing a wagon fall off that fast is! Something!!

peregrine's reasoning in 372 is strange but not scummy

I'd like Enchant's reasoning for scumreading Klick in 409

however, starting an Enchant wagon is not the way to get that reasoning... I'd want to see reasons for the votes ideally

frogs seemed to have towny vibes in 423, though my low confidence scumread on frogs is maintained as 429 feels like it would be an easy fake post

emperor flippynips is mostly meming so I currently read emperor flippynips as NAI

oh and I'd want to know why Firebringer is voting peregrine as the insight would be very useful

You're right that i'm looking. I'm probing slots around me and trying to ask the questions that can create enough data for me to ascertain whether slots around me are town or scum.
Why is it that you make it sound like i am looking for mislims? I realize you make it sound like you are unsure, but i don't like how you keep bringing it up. It feels to me like it could potentially be malicious in nature because you want to mislim me or lower my presence in the game.

To explain to everyone what i am doing so far. I have in fact not made a single serious push yet, but i don't just want to outright say whether any vote i make in the future is real because if people know whether i am truly scumreading someone or just testing them to see their reaction, my vote will lose all of it's impact.
