i dont think titus claims uninvestigatable as scum right off the bat. no result would be nowhere near as damning as a miller kinda thing so i think they wouldn't out that as scum due to the attention it'd draw.

I have claimed a scum role as scum in a game where scum roles were confirmed. Wound up winning that.
