I mean, I am making a few assumptions that aren't public knowledge. That there is both a cult or cult like, plus a traditional scum team, for instance. I am also assuming there's something in play to keep us from using the vig ability as effectively if scum know who the target is. Deflector or bus driver or such.

If this is the case then uh. The best option we have right now if everyone is in the neighborhood is Inquiry, since that's asking the mod directly.

If we want to do anything else except Inquiry, Housing, or Tree Stumps on dead person, we might have to be picky about who is in the nightmare. (And Housing we'd want to be picky about regardless)
