I’ve basically just accepted that i will be wrong 50% of the time, but that’s ok. I’m trying and i have fun playing the game even if i don’t get it right.Norwe is spontaneous, has a stream-of-consciouness posting style, usually posts on catch-ups by commenting on past pages posts, gets rather fired up in certain moments in games, is relatively as playful as me in games and likes casual shitposting

I mean my point would be, who cares about playing well, play for fun.In post 921, Alisae wrote:
Mafia is a really hard game and it's not easy to play well, so there aren't a lot of players that really know what they're doing. In post 920, JasonWazza wrote:
Yeah real talk, I came back to the site recently, why is it that like half the people around at the moment don't like using their vote at all?In post 918, Alisae wrote: I think effective use of the vote is uncommon and most players don't rly know how to effectively use their vote.
Is there like an actual reason for it?
For me, I know what I am good at, I know what I'm not good at, and I've kind of defined my playstyle and how it is I approach the game.
A lot of people when they're villagers kind of just post what's on their mind and don't rly move about the game with intention
I mean being wrong happens, it's a game, that doesn't inherently mean you shouldn't use your vote.In post 924, Sakura Hana wrote:
Maybe people's inherent fear of being wrong? I know that's a problem on my HS, but the problem there is a lot worse than what we're seeing here and i eventually gave up on it.In post 920, JasonWazza wrote:

Is there like an actual reason for it?Returning win rate: 4/1, 80%

[yin] fear of being wrong isn't helpful 'cause you learn way more doing it anyway, letting yourself be wrong n getting feedback from it!Mikhail(it/its)/yin(yin/yin's)/unnamed(it/its)/xia(fae/they)/tear(āg/āu)

I mean the way I see games is games are either mindless fun or a brain activity. In post 926, JasonWazza wrote: I mean my point would be, who cares about playing well, play for fun.
I enjoy a good puzzle solve or two every now and then that's why I play.-

Also just as a rule of thumb, not using your vote actively harms your chance at a win IMO, since VCA is a strong tool, but with the people on the site atm, it feels like VCA is off the table because no one uses their vote anyway.Returning win rate: 4/1, 80%

I think it’s just a baby-stage of mafia player you need to go through before you can get better.Norwe is spontaneous, has a stream-of-consciouness posting style, usually posts on catch-ups by commenting on past pages posts, gets rather fired up in certain moments in games, is relatively as playful as me in games and likes casual shitposting

Also i got a great case here.
See, just like Ashikaga Takauji betrayed Emperor Go-Daigo in 1336 by setting up a bakufu military government in Kyoto, Takutai is on track to betray us by commiting vile murder tonight.
The resemblance is uncanny. That’s why they are mafia.Norwe is spontaneous, has a stream-of-consciouness posting style, usually posts on catch-ups by commenting on past pages posts, gets rather fired up in certain moments in games, is relatively as playful as me in games and likes casual shitposting

[yin] yin really thinks there's just a big town voting block and mafia is gonna get steamrolled this game without being able to do muchMikhail(it/its)/yin(yin/yin's)/unnamed(it/its)/xia(fae/they)/tear(āg/āu)

The game has indeed received more than enough information, for today. There is little point in waiting much longer, and it is rather telling as towhowould choose to do so.Mikhail(it/its)/yin(yin/yin's)/unnamed(it/its)/xia(fae/they)/tear(āg/āu)
