This was a 4 Miller game, BooneyToonz, but it's pretty Normal esque. Desperate acts like Weak or Disloyal that also goes through on Millers.

in regards to this setup, it is 100% not this setup, and never meant to imply it was.

It is possible it is similar to this, and in fact, it probably is somewhat. The Desperate Neighborizer, the Willbooster are def not in the game, but some of the other stuff very much could be.

If Osuka is miller, and we're really in a 4 miller game, then thats even more interesting.
