First you need to find the mafia. If you find the mafia, you can kill them whenever you want.
If village is doing well, you need to help the mafia.

You also need to do all of this while trying to make sure you don't get shot by the mafia.

Here, he's passive. He's sitting back. He's doing things, yet nothing memorable. He has a very forgettable presence. Given a town-furtive can top the posting charts and be rather memorable, this is in of itself suspicious.
