black i don't think has seemed very worried about how she comes off / appears (I might just town read the sass a little bit)

as far as adante, I think everything she's done has been pretty in line with what I know of her town game and I think the wild association guesses are much more likely to come from a town mindset overall

it's hard to explain, but this post feels like scum taking advantage of a bad post from town, gives me flashbacks to me as scum where I'll jump on a bad town post like this...

not saying I TR Charles at all, but that's legit what bob's post here is reminding me of.

See this requires me to push a read one way or another on that players. Rather than neutral post telling them to actualy try and solve teh game. If there town it makes them easier to read and makes it easier for them to vote right.

That's fair. I was just getting town vibes from both Andante and Bob and didn't want their argument to escalate into a mislim when it was more caused by playstyle differences than anything else. I do think Andante's town read on me was a bit hasty, though.

Sure. For Andante, I generally associate aggression with townieness (in my experience, its better for town the more happens during the day, while its better for scum the less happens during the day), and the fact she explained her reasoning for her reads made her look like a townie trying to solve asap to me. I also doubt that a scum member would risk bringing as much attention on themselves as Andante did.

As for Bob, he was mostly pointing out other's questionable logic in a way that wasn't accusatory as much as it was informative, which to me seemed like a town-aligned playstyle as well.

In their interactions with each other especially, despite being accusatory, their arguments against each other seemed like they were coming from a townie point of view. Neither of them were acting scummy, and their arguments were the types of arguments I'd expect from townies, so that's why I read both as town.

At the moment im leaning towards null town. They have been making some questional moves although it does feel more like town trying to add 1 and 1 together and making 42.

Like the fact they are failing to properly read any of my posts and not in the way that makes it look like could be trying to misrep me. But in the way they simply dont understand what im on about.


The fact they are claiming i was pussing scum read against charles due to me saying there vote was bad. when the rest of my post implied i was trying to sort them while saying their vote was anti-town rather than def scum indicative.

The rest of his posts just get more illogical. If they were scum they would actualy make an attempt for there posts to be logicial

Andante if im right and ypur town you need to stop making these reads that depend on partnerships its going to be impossible to spot correctly and then spend the rest of same twisting what you read to match your conf bias

I don't think it's actually very natural as a newbie to decide to make a reads list on every player in the game right out of the gate - especially if half your notes on people are "no thoughts" or just describing what they've done so far with no added commentary

it feels very stilted and unnatural for that to be what bluebug things is the most appropriate use of their time especially when no one in the thread even specifically asked for that or suggested that blue bug do that

this was because i had no really detailed/definitive reads on anyone so i thought i’d give a surface level thing of everyone before waiting a bit and giving detailed stuff when i actually had more thoughts. + a quick way to give my thoughts on everything

also: i am, indeed, a newbie. i’m not sure how to prove this but other than a few in person games when i was in grade school i haven’t played before.
