If you're that level of confident then you're probably justified in using your nuke!
But based on what you're describing, I feel the same level of confidence about Cephrir being town. I feel like I know Ceph fairly well on a personal level based on a long time of playing various games with him and feel qualified to make judgements on that. Doesn't mean I can't be wrong, but I feel like I believe Ceph's point of view is a town one.

We can see which perspective is correct here, and then I'd be interested in evaluating the situation afterwards.

Well baseline is that there's nothing great in her ISO, "nuke StD but why Andres?" doesn't feel like a consistent POV at first glance and I'm sure there's scum within the peacnik brigade.
But mostly I think 1365 is a very weird buddy attempt of Firebringer, since she hasn't shown any other interest in defending you or pushing me.
