Re: Dragon sheeping Enchant, I don't understand:
- If there's anything to Enchant's vote beside "Kitty claimed jester and I didn't like that"
- What DragonEater "saw" as the reasoning behind Enchant's vote
- If Dragon is being serious
Do you have a take on any of these things?
Okay let me clarify:
I do not have a serious scumread on Kitty. I think his posts were not very spectacular when I voted him, but it was a semi-RVS vote (or more like 75% RVS).
If I'm being fully honest, I also don't really know what I saw. I guess that maybe as an "RVS-read" I thought that Kitty was trying to avoid engagement and pocket NM? Not sure.

Aureal slamming the policy vote seemed townie to me and no one else did a townie thing. Enchant is townie for the emoji thing and a byproduct of celebs posting but emojis can only take him so far so that’s more of a quicksand read.
why assume Aureal policy voting you is a real thing that could warrant a read and not just some RVS shtick?
I felt like it’s something scum!Aureal could have tucked in their back pocket for a better opportunity when I consider how many people it could sway in this particular playerlist. So even if it was just RVs shtick I think they would have approached it differently if they were coming from a scum mindset.

i would buy that if it was like page 2 or 3, even then i still disagree with that assessment
i dont like ur implication that people posted nothing but fluff for the past 8 pages
Not what I said. I said I didn’t find any of it town indicative.
echoing DE's sentiment
it seems like you're more interested in getting bogged down with "I said this, I didn't say that" arguments, than to have dialog that's more useful in helping to read you better
I was hoping to see if KittyTacky would have anything more but this doesn't exactly inspire any town vibes
I find this style of posting in short bursts and disengaging, and quantity over quality type of engagement, to be scum indicative in an environment where town is loud and scum is having difficulty keeping up with the pace
I could solidify this read more if some of the lurkers slots could post more, but it's more or less where i'm at with the gamestate read

No, genuinely I can't say anything about my non-scumread (not even a townread) on RCE except that nothing pinged scum about them.
And well it's just how I play early game. I have trouble focusing at times. I usually solidify a bit later on.
really? cause i dont think you even believe that urself
look at some of your posts
And I'm being wagoned for dicking around during RVS.

Dragon and Drew not paired from that exchange imo, just doesn't feel like scum talk.

I think there's at least 1 scum on the wagon that formed on me.
these indicate to me that you don't really have trouble focusing since u'r clearly paying attention to whats happening
but instead of engaging in good faith, you're more approaching it in surface levels that's more intended to appease and keep up an appearance
Trouble focusing on deep reads. Reading someone deep enough to have a concrete SR on page 9 is more than I can give rn. But my vibes still work, and they work pretty well from experience.
I dunno if you played with me before, I don't think you did. If you did then I'd scumread you but this is a common reaction to me when first meeting me. I have an unique playstyle.

I don't blame people for blasting me as town sometimes. There's a reason I claim jester as a joke. I'm not good at getting townread as town.

Dragon, I'm perceiving you as significantly more agressive this game for some reason. Maybe it's just the new avatar
Could be
Also I've been recently trying to play differently because it just hurts to be right about who is scum and then let other people sway you into other wagons and then get nightkilled without ever limming the person you suspected as scum (like recently happened to me on Veiled Committee Mafia). So I figured if I try to be more aggressive or self confident or whatever, it might work better. So far the results are mixed.
Noticed DE70's more aggressive behavior this game and it makes sense to me!
